Since we currently cannot run physical Tango group classes we are offering Tango exercise and Tango technique online classes. These classes can be done on your own without the need of a partner and require little space.
All you need is a Zoom account.

Stretch away your aches and pains.
This is a great stretching technique which I acquired in Argentina and focuses on one or two specific muscle groups in each session.
The method will also strengthen your back and postural muscles and improve your overall flexibility.

Exercise classes for Argentine Tango are beneficial for all, those who already know Tango or are new to the dance.
Everybody can follow these classes and will benefit from the exercises.
We will cover a variety of subjects from musicality to step technique, pivot or balance exercises and so much more.
The exercise classes aim to be fun without too much explanation of technicalities.
Technique classes for ladies or those who would like to learn the follower's role.
We will be concentrating on step and balance exercises, pivots, decorations and much more.
Classes are adapted in a way that you will only be using a small space in able for you to do the classes from home.
Not recommened for complete Beginners.
