Tango exercise classes

Join us for a occacional fun workout with great exercises that will enhance your overall dance technique. Classes are designed for solo dancers.

 

Sessions are based on Tango, Vals and Milonga exercises.

 

Join us for some fun in the comfort of your home.

 

Sessions will include exercises for:

  • Step and walking
  • Musicality 
  • Rebounds
  • Balance
  • Pivoting
  • Change of weight 

What you need to know to attend

  • Register in advance by sending an email to bridget@tangowimbledon.co.uk 
  • Download the free Zoom app to your PC, laptop or phone if you have not already done so
  • Once registered you will receive payment instructions and a Zoom link
  • Wear comfortable footwear, for ladies low heel shoes or dance trainers
